By using PhotoRecull you agree to these terms.
PhotoRecull is free, open-source software, licensed under the MIT License. It runs on your own computer. These terms come on top of the license and don’t restrict any rights it grants you.
PhotoRecull can move and permanently delete files on your computer. Its results depend on what you select in the Google Photos Picker: any photo you forget to select is treated as deleted from Google Photos, and its local copy becomes a removal candidate.
You’re responsible for reviewing the candidates before acting on them, and for any files you move or delete. Use the default dry run and the stage mode first, and keep backups of anything you can’t afford to lose.
PhotoRecull is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the authors aren’t liable for any loss of data or other damage arising from its use. See the MIT License for the full wording.
PhotoRecull works with services run by others, such as Google Photos and Microsoft OneDrive. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, including the Google APIs Terms of Service. PhotoRecull is an independent project and isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Microsoft.
What PhotoRecull reads and stores is described in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms are published on this page with a new effective date.
